Where Love Meets Health

How do the relationships in our lives affect more than just how we feel?
Join us for Where Love Meets Health, an engaging conversation about the powerful connection between our relationships, our emotions, and our physical health.
Presented by June Sterling, nurse practitioner, educator, and relationship coach, this program will explore how our closest relationships can quite literally “get under the skin.” Together, we’ll look behind the curtain at the human stress response and consider healthier ways of loving, relating, and caring for ourselves and one another.
June brings years of experience in health care as a nurse, educator, and nurse practitioner, along with her work in relationship coaching. Her approach recognizes that our health and well-being are deeply connected to whether we experience safety, connection, and support within our relationships.
During the evening, we’ll explore:
- How our closest relationships can affect our physical and emotional health
- What happens in the body when we experience relational stress
- Healthier ways of communicating, connecting, loving, and relating
Whether you are interested in relationships, emotional well-being, physical health, or simply understanding yourself and others a little better, this conversation offers something to think about and take with you.
Please RSVP here to let us know you’re coming.
All are welcome.
