Coffee with the Pastor

If you are newer to Newtown UMC, have been worshiping with us for a while, or are beginning to explore membership, you are warmly invited to Coffee with the Pastor.

Join Pastor Rodney for a relaxed morning of coffee, light refreshments, and conversation. It will be an opportunity to get to know one another, learn more about Newtown UMC, and ask questions about our church, worship, faith, and membership.

Together, we’ll talk about:

• The story, mission, and heartbeat of Newtown UMC
• Our United Methodist heritage and the beliefs that shape us
• Some of the things we do in worship and why we do them
• Ways to worship, grow, serve, and connect
• What membership means and how the membership process works
• Any questions you may have about Newtown UMC or church life

This is not a class; it is a conversation. Whether you are simply curious about the church or are thinking about becoming a member, we would love to spend some time getting to know you.
